Though amorphous by definition, illustration is one of the most versatile art forms in today’s visual culture.
Traditionally partnered with publishing and advertising, recently the illustration has grown broader in context through technology to share a valid platform with fine art. It has been influenced by graffiti, computer games, animation, etc.
Challenging the perception of contemporary image generation, illustrators today create work of art that excite and experiment with hybrid forms of the visual arts.
