Gallery 2.0
This a continuation of the artist's creative exploration of the place of the woman-artist in contemporary art. This is a central theme in her curatorial projects, among which stands out the group exhibition ALTER EGO, featuring several contemporary female artists (2018, “Nirvana” gallery). As curator she has presented many young debutants to the public.
With this project, she offers a different, unusual perspective—the one of an artist.
"Le Boudoir de l’ abbeille" is a personal narrative about the values, loyalty, tenderness, and solitude of a human being no larger than a bee.
"For me, as an author and a living being, the bee's boudoir carries a very deep, mystical inner peace. The bee—as a living being and as a symbol—is a bearer of natural intelligence that knows how to communicate with the unknown, with the ethereal body, with the mystical essence... to communicate beyond the boundaries of our physical existence. Bees seek and find reason in nature. They are the soul of nature and find it in flowers and their ethereal power." T.Anastasova
The project is funded by “DEBUTS” program of The National Culture Fund.
